Hello readers, wow my both elbows have bruises. Cause yesterday training coach train us defending. )':
My hips is pain too. Rolling here and there yesterday causing me to get aching everywhere.
When i dive you the low ball and then slide then roll, its so pain!! I heard coach say there will be training of defending, i almost wanted to faint? HAHAS. ;DD
Left a around 2 weeks to the june vb camp, i feel so exited for the day to arrived! ;DD
12 june to 15 june, we got to have the chance to go Sentosa for running.
